Clean and Jerk

Every 2mins for 20 mins (10 sets)

0-2 Mins=3 reps

2-4= 3 reps

4-6= 2 reps

6-8= 1 reps

8-10= 1 rep

continue to build up to 95% at 1 rep every 2 mins until 20 mins.

200m Run – 10 Clean and Jerk

200m Run -8 Clean and Jerk

200m Run – 6 Clean and Jerk

200m Run – 4 Clean and Jerk

200m Run – 2 Clean and Jerk
