Beginners:
Part A: approx. 3 rounds
5-10 Lying TTB
Superset with Pvc Pipe Arch hold
Part B
Active tuck ups: 20 secs
Superset with alligator rolls right and left for 30 seconds

Intermediate/Advanced
Part A: approx. 3 rounds
5-10 – Strict leg raises or TTB (aim for 1 or 2 more reps than week 2)
Superset with weighted arch hold
Part B
Single leg TTB
Superset with weighted alligator rolls left and right for 30 seconds

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
17-20 mins for quality (steady aerobic state)

10+10 single leg box jumps
8+8 KB Bottom Up Press (light/moderate)
8+8 KB Windmills can be done with a fractional plate or a light kb
Max set of TTB
Run 300m
